OakNorth CSR — UK, India & US ($4M annual budget)
Drafted the Global CSR Policy, designed CSR strategy, and established the CSR function from scratch at OakNorth. Currently managing $4M in annual social impact investments across nutrition, education, livelihoods, gender and environment. Overseeing all CSR/ESG compliance, modern slavery, human rights, sustainability reporting, and carbon farming for NetZero transition.

AWSAR — 2,000+ children enrolled, 1,300 girls trained
Co-founded in 2002 with Ministry of Rural Development seed funding. Successfully enrolled approximately 2,000 children into mainstream education. Trained 1,300 adolescent girls in vocational skills including dress designing, computer applications, and beautician courses. Operated Childline 1098 for 13 years across 250 villages in Gautam Budh Nagar — directly assisting 5,000+ children and raising awareness among 60,000 individuals. Delivered emergency relief in J&K floods, Chennai floods, and Covid-19 pandemic.

Government service — training one million rural youth
At CAPART (Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India), trained over one million rural youth under the Special SGSY Skill Training Project. Worked across Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. Awarded by the Director General of CAPART for outstanding contribution. Awarded by the Minister of Rural Development, Uttar Pradesh. Instrumental in operationalising a milk chilling plant in collaboration with the local cooperative in Jhansi.

Philanthropic advisory — INR 30M mobilised
At Copal–NPC, mobilised INR 30 million from clients for NGOs working in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. Advised some of the world's most renowned philanthropists on their giving strategy. Personal philanthropic adviser to the founder of OakNorth — setting up the Rishi and Milan Khosla family foundation and managing all personal and institutional giving for maximum impact.

Moody's CSR — FICCI & India Social Impact Awards
Led CSR and Sustainability for Moody's Knowledge Services across India, China, Sri Lanka and Costa Rica. Drafted CSR Policy for all Moody's entities in India including ICRA. Led Moody's to win several prestigious CSR awards including the FICCI CSR Award and India Social Impact Awards.
